I had a confirmed booking for seats xx & xx and reached the boarding point around 6:10 AM, before the scheduled 6:25 AM departure. However, my booked seats were already occupied. When I raised the issue, two bus staff members spoke to me and my wife in a rude and aggressive manner and even told us to cancel the ticket/get down. We were left standing despite having a valid confirmed booking. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Please investigate the seat allocation and staff conduct and take appropriate corrective action. I expect a proper resolution.

This was my first experience ended with last, no seats reserved seats have been allocated to us I have booked 6 seats, staffs have started arguing i was travelling with kinds huge disappointed

To begin with, they don't have an idea that we booked the seat number that was alerted. I was not able to sit, and the stop was also not proper. Kolar was for the bypass. If it is like that, before booking it should be specified.
