They changed the boarding place last minute and it was so inconvenient to travel to that place at last minute.

bus is delayed, it was supposed to start at 9, then they told it would come at 10. but even then it only came after 10:30. Also, there's no love tracking for this bus so it's hard to know where you are. I reached home only in the afternoon

The bus reached Changanacherry at 1:00 pm against its scheduled arrival time of 9:00 am. The staff displayed unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour, causing unnecessary delays throughout the journey.

Bus got late by more than 5 hours, and sleeper didn't have bedsheet and all. Terrible experience.

The pickup point was Husker Gate. When I called the bus staff around the scheduled boarding time, I was informed that a pickup bus would arrive to take me to the main bus. However, the vehicle that arrived was a non-AC bus with no seats available, forcing me to stand for 1 to 1.5 hours until I reached the point where the main bus would pick me up. I then had to wait for another hour for the original bus to arrive. To make matters worse, the AC on the main bus was not functioning properly, making the journey extremely uncomfortable during the daytime. This was one of the worst travel experiences I had ever had. The service provided was far below what was promised at the time of booking, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort throughout the journey. I expected a full refund and appropriate compensation for the failure to provide the service promised at the time of booking. If this matter was not addressed and appropriate action was not taken promptly, I would be forced to escalate the complaint through the appropriate consumer court and pursue the matter through the available legal channels. I expected a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this complaint.

Customer service and irrespective talks. Changing the pickup location at the last time because of the traffic. I'll never travel in this bus anymore. My pickup location is Silkboard-Bommanahalli metro station opposite, but they made me board at Attibele.
