The driver was very rude, wouldn't even stop the bus to use the urinal even after mentioning it was urgent, and wouldn't let anybody (our co passenger) accompany the restroom telling us to go alone, wouldn't recommend this bus to female travelers.

I had booked a ticket for my parents for their journey on 15th October 2026. They had an absolutely awesome journey and really liked your service and driving. Thank you for taking such good care of them. We have just two small suggestions for even better service. Curtains: The curtains in the bus are a bit short, which affects sleep and privacy. Slightly larger curtains would greatly help. Live tracking: The live tracking facility was not working properly in out-of-range areas. We were not able to track the bus. If the live tracking can be improved for such areas, it would be very helpful for families to track their loved ones. Overall, we are very happy with your service and will definitely travel with you again. Thank you.

A very good service with a friendly and well-behaved crew. It’s safe for women too. For the past two years, I’ve been booking this bus for my family.
