Asian Bus Bus Booking

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Asian Max. My father, who is over 62 years old, started his journey from Miyapur, Hyderabad, at 6:00 PM using the pickup bus. It took approximately two hours to reach the main bus, which was scheduled to depart at 9:00 PM. I specifically asked the pickup bus conductor whether there would be any dinner stop during the journey, considering that my father had already been travelling since 6:00 PM. The conductor clearly informed me that there would be no dinner break, and unfortunately, that was exactly what happened. As a result, my father had to continue his long journey without having any food since the evening. This is particularly concerning for senior citizens and other passengers who may have similar needs. A journey starting at 6:00 PM should be planned with basic passenger comfort in mind, especially when passengers have to travel for several hours before boarding the main bus. I believe providing at least one dinner stop or clearly communicating meal arrangements in advance is a basic expectation of a long distance bus service. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I sincerely hope Asian Max takes this feedback seriously and improves its service planning. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not intend to book with Asian Max again.Please prioritise passenger comfort and basic needs, especially for senior citizens.

Cockroaches can be seen everywhere. Stinky toilet. The bus can't be 11 months old as claimed during booking. You can easily find stains everywhere.

The upper deck seats are so uncomfortable. I was unable to sit straight.

If you ask me overall it was an okayish journey, as I simply wanted to reach my destination, so most of the time I was sleeping. Plus the seats are not comfortable and push back, so you will mostly end up getting backaches. In my opinion, better take sleeper berths only. The toilet is very small and tidy but manageable and clean, but the conductor most of the time keeps it locked, I don't know why. The bus doesn't stop anywhere for any breaks, be it dinner or chai or for any toilet break. They only stopped at around 7 AM for having breakfast, that also for 15 mins only. The driving couldn't have been better, which made the journey uncomfortable too. But the bus reached its destination before the time, so punctuality is there. If you just want to reach your destination then this bus is for you, but if you want to enjoy the journey, then this bus is not for you.

Journey was good and pleasant.

Back seats should have had push-back functionality. While booking, I thought they were push-back seats but they were not so. I experienced a worst journey in this bus. The staff behaviour was so bad and very rude. They were not bothering about whether the passenger boarded the bus or not. Worst experience ever.

Not clean bus. Water is dripping from window glass. Whole sleeper is wet.
