Given the cost of the ticket, the services were at par. The bus was only 25 minutes late. The rest stop was okay and the staff behavior was decent. It was better than the state transport bus which made you travel semi-luxury without AC with lots of stops at various bus stands at the same cost. Further, this bus had good timing, and if anybody wanted to travel from Goa and reach Kolhapur by 3.30 PM in the afternoon, this bus was a good choice.
