Polite team, but extremely smelly and torn mattress. Very dirty. And the AC vent was on full blast and there was no blanket. It's fine if you don't provide blanket. But the AC was literally on full blast with no option to shut it off.

The seats were very unclean. There was no bedsheet on the bed, blankets were not provided. Upon asking for a blanket, they said we would provide it later but never did. The rest stop was unclean, the food was not good, and the washrooms were very unclean.

Already informed the concerned help team of redBus!! This bus was smelly from inside!! Driver was continuously putting off the AC!!

The driver and staff was good but seat and cleanliness is not so good. I expect or I want to suggest to change some interior parts and redesign it in a better way.
