I updated the travels to pick me up from Dharmasala Kannur but unfortunately the driver didn't call me and the travels didn't update as requested by me. The driver didn't call me an hour before either. I called the driver and he told me the bus would come in 15 minutes to Kalliasery toll. Unfortunately, I missed the picking spot and got wet in the rain. I went to Kannur. I don't recommend this travels to others as the staff is irresponsible and rude in behaviour.

The bus broke down and was delayed for 3 hrs. Had to reach at 5 pm but reached only at 8 pm. Very bad experience and my urgent function was already over before I reached.

Terrible experience travelling with Ashoka. Bus came 1 hour late, and then it broke down leaving all the passengers stranded midway, that too in the early morning hours. They did arrange a spare bus, but soon after reaching BLR city limits, they asked to board another bus. Zero accountability and they don't seem to care at all. Never booking in Ashoka again.

The bus was good, comfortable, and mostly pleasant. However, the complimentary bed bugs were an unexpected feature I could have done without.
