Booked AC semi sleeper. Had leaking from top of the bus hood and through the top side panels. Even though reported, they did not even care to take a look.

AC was not working for 2 to 3 hours. Then it was working. It was suffocating because all the windows were closed.

While the journey was otherwise acceptable, there were two key issues. The lower AC vent on one side was missing a cover or control mechanism and remained stuck open, drafty, and uncomfortably cold. Furthermore, the blankets provided appeared unwashed and heavily reused. Improved maintenance and hygiene are necessary.
