Very poor experience misleading drop location and unhygienic travel conditions. The bus stopped at a location different from the one mentioned at the time of booking. The drop-off point was isolated, with no autos or rickshaws available, making it extremely inconvenient for passengers. Another major concern was that tickets were also sold offline at significantly lower prices, which raised questions about pricing transparency and fairness for passengers booking online. Additionally, the passenger seated beside me in the double cabin had poor personal hygiene and unpleasant body odour and did not follow basic manners while sleeping in the shared cabin. This made the journey very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The operator needed to ensure accurate drop-off locations, transparent ticket pricing, and better standards of passenger comfort and hygiene. I would not recommend this service unless these issues were addresse
