uncleanliness, seat are soo uncomfortable, seat is unhygienic and smell worst,No blanket No bedsheet provided, AC is not working.

Such a cheap third class travel, I have tried other bus but they are really good and this bus for the first time I have tried and it's such a pathetic experience I had. Anywhere they stop like general and take half an hour break on top of that they switch off the AC. Staff is so ill-mannered that he is asking me to share bed because it's empty next to me. I was shocked being a girl and woman travelling how can you even think of asking this. When I denied he said I can't sleep on top because I told him there are so many seats empty, but again he denied so I myself moved to upper berth whereas I paid for lower berth. Music was so high it looks like we travelled in some non-AC third class roadways bus. I have very, very bad and disrespectful experience and I will never ever travel in this bus at any cost. It was a mental harassment I faced. So I would always recommend not to travel in this bus whoever is reading this post.

Must be time restricted. I had to wait at the boarding point, and the boarding point was changed at the last moment.

Did not take me to the desired location. Instead, changed the route and took me to a different city. I had an important exam which I missed. I am going to consumer court.
