The staff cleaner is very bad and the bus arrival time and dropping time are too late. The dust and smell are very bad. The seats are dirty. The cleaner was smoking in the bus.

Raised a complaint against bus. No blanket was provided when requested; he said blankets finished. My drop location was Ujjain, so he didn't stop at the drop location as he said in his list Ujjain was not there. We carried the bus from bypass. He dropped me at Ratlam; from there I came to Ujjain via train.
