They had not informed that the bus had been changed. The bedsheet, blanket, and pillow were not changed and not cleaned at all. The driver did not stop the bus even once for the washroom, and when he stopped after 1.5 hours, the washroom was not cleaned at all. It felt like I was travelling in a local non-AC roadways bus. He could have stopped at a dhaba or at a petrol pump. It was the worst driver behavior ever. Every time a driver comes with a different bus, the staff is too good and the staff also behaves nicely.
