Bus didn't come till 3 am though reporting time was 11.30 pm. It caused us tremendous trouble.

Ac was not working well, charging point was not working. Inside LED lights are fully on all night, cannot sleep. Taking extra passengers on the highway for extra money.

They dropped me 15 kms before the actual drop location and when I asked them to drop me at the actual drop point they refused. I was charged xxx Rs more for the cab service, also raised issue with red bus but they didn't help me either.

Bus cleanliness was good, comfort was good. Many women travelled with me, so I felt safe. Rest stop hygiene was not good, and the bus does not have a safety hammer on the windows, which is a big concern.
