Everything was worse than ever. No toilet was there to use. They locked the toilet and did not stop in emergency.

Very poor travel experience. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and had very little legroom, which made the journey feel very congested. There was also a strong and unpleasant smell inside the bus, and the overall cleanliness was not satisfactory. The bus was moving very slowly, which made the journey even more frustrating. I also experienced a lot of suffocation due to the lack of proper space and ventilation. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing journey. I would not recommend this bus, and please do not suggest this type of bus to me again.

Conductor was very rude. Even after asking him many times to open the toilet door, he was denying. Just like the one thing that the bus was on time.

Everything is good. But I did not understand why the bus stopped one hour before Katra and they shifted us to the local tempo to reach Katra. This thing is not good.
