The booked seat was occupied by someone. Had to take other seats. No blanket. Second bus from Somnath to Jamnagar got a breakdown and they arranged an eco from there which was too uncomfortable. Since no other option that night, had to take that eco. Bus staff behaviour is good, but there are no facilities in an AC bus. Even charging slot was not working.

Very bad service, they are not picking passengers directly from Jamnagar but instead they are picking passengers in another bus from Jamnagar and dropping them at Rajkot, and after that the original bus will come. Also, bus cleanliness is very bad and the charging point was not working.
