Need to clean sofa before starting journey, need to clean window, at midnight need to turn off passage light, seat slider is not working properly, windows and slider are very hard to open and close.

One hour gap between bus booking time and actual arrival time, bus condition is very poor, rest stop hygiene, cleanliness not proper in bus, glass window not properly closed, kindly remove this bus from your list.
