Bus Late 3 to 4 hours on my destination.

Worst bus experience ever. Pickup time was 5:15 pm but the bus arrived at 7:30 pm and instead of 5 am, dropped around 9 am. The bus was full like a train, luggage and passengers filled up to the gallery, and there was a very bad smell. Zero punctuality, zero cleanliness and zero comfort. Paying for such poor service is completely unacceptable. The seat condition was such that when I sat on the seat from Indore, there was so much trash on it that I did not feel like sitting, but no one listened. I request everyone to avoid booking on this bus and book only with genuine travels.

5 hours late to the destination. Bus driver uses bus as a loader for transportation of luggage's. Not a suitable stop or food restaurants for 12 hours. After that, driver dropped at flyover of bypass which is away from destination by 10 kms and inconvenient for going home at 2:30 pm.

Online timing shows 5:45 pm to 1:30 am from Indore to Jhansi but actual timing is 8:45 pm to 5:30 am.
