My recent journey was quite disappointing. The overall maintenance of the bus is poorly managed. The air conditioning vents were already damaged and leaking or not functioning properly, and the window glass fittings were broken, which made the trip very uncomfortable. For the price paid, passengers expect basic amenities and working infrastructure. Management needs to seriously focus on vehicle maintenance before assigning buses to routes.
