ASBR Travels Bus Booking

I missed the bus. Called many times to the given number for the boarding point information. Nobody responded properly and after some time they switched off their phone. I didn't get into the bus.

In the bus no bed sheet is provided, very very poor maintenance. But staff are good. The bedsheet provided on the bed is not clean and washed. It is torn and smelling.

Bus is too late to destination. I have missed my connecting bus because of that delay. Almost 2 hours 30 minutes late.

It doesn't even go to Bijapur.

This is the worst bus I boarded till now.

Bus was two hours late and AC was not working.

Too much waiting at the boarding point. Not responding to calls.

But was late two hrs at Vijayawada and when I called driver he didn't pick the phone at least 10 to 12 times then again called and he picked and said that bus is under breakdown and cancel ticket money will be refunded, so I went with the other bus and then driver again called after 2 hrs that we reached Vijayawada please come bus not cancelled.

Worst experience.

I booked this bus unnecessarily because it did not arrive at the scheduled time of 6 PM, and afterward, we had to walk a very long distance. The second point was that neither the bus driver's nor the owner's behavior was good; their way of talking was unacceptable. They changed the bus. Furthermore, even though I booked to Kovvur, they did not drop me off at Kovvur, but instead brought me via Ravulapalem and dropped me off at Rajahmundry. From there, I had to pay XXXX for an auto-rickshaw. Who was going to give this money back? I was extremely distressed about this. I was going to tell this to many people and see to it that nobody booked these buses.
