The service was so terrible. I have booked the tickets to Bangalore to Payannur. And I have boarded 4 different buses to reach my destination. I will never ever book this bus again. The bus staff doesn't give a proper update regarding the situation. The service was so bad I have never seen or experienced this kind of situation. Boarding 4 different buses to reach the destination. 1 star is the max rating this bus deserves.

Terrible experience ever. Bus wasn't cleaned properly. I have booked the ticket for the sleeper. The bedcover and the blanket wasn’t washed.

There were so many small cockroaches on the seat, literally so many cockroaches. The hygiene is terribly bad and there are issues with the windows when it is raining. If we close the window, we still get wet. Overall, a very bad experience and not at all worth the money.
