The dropping point is mentioned Jibhi but the bus dropped us before the Aut tunnel and we were on the road nowhere. The staff was very unprofessional and didn't even provide us our own booked seats.

First of all, they changed the selected seat without any prior information. Then, the driver kept taking several breaks. From departure to drop, the bus was late at least 2:30 hours.

Talking way of your staff is not good. They talk to every passenger very badly and rudely. I think this is not acceptable by any passenger. I suggest please change your staff. Also, the condition of the bus is not good because of a puncture of tyre, which was a very big problem last night. Overall, my experience is very bad in your bus service.

Very poor service. The bus was delayed by 4 hours, and there was no clear information provided to passengers. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.

Full Fraud, here they are show this is a semi sleeper bus but this is totally wrong this bus is types of only seater not semi sleeper and too latest, seats , windows glass quality is very poor

no value of time, bus was 3.5 hours late ...still they have no worry..they don't care they are late from shedule time. in tea break stop asked 25 min stop... but almost took 1 hour to start jaurany again. that's how they value someone time.
