Bus was 2.30 hours late. It cost me 300 to go back home and come back to stop and bus dropped us 5 hours late of the dropping time. Terrible experience.

Bus driver and staff behaviour was very bad. I was late only 10 minutes at the pickup point, but they said they didn't wait that time even though they arrived 35 minutes late. When I asked, they shouted at me and talked like, "You want to come or leave the bus." So this was a very bad experience in my life that I faced.
