One of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. AC was not functioning properly and the behaviour of the driver and in-charge was extremely rude and unacceptable. Customer service needs serious improvement.

Bus was late to reach Chennai but the driver did not stop for dinner even though the bus reached Chennai at 10:30 pm. The good thing is that my service was cancelled and they accommodated me in the next bus.

The boarding place was mentioned as a separate place, but when I called, they asked me to go to a different location, and the bus came one hour late.

Very very late. Chennai as per schedule arrived 9:30 but we arrived 12 o'clock midnight. As per schedule departure in Velankanni was 13:25 but they departed from Velankanni at 14:00. Very very very late bus. I missed my train.

Bus was delayed by 2 hrs. I was supposed to be picked up by 6:30 pm but got picked up only by 8:20. Blanket was not provided. The bus is in poor condition and very untidy. The driver is an old man and very rude. The attender is a 17-year-old boy and is responding in an impolite manner. When I asked for a blanket, they said it was sent for laundry. Driving is also not good. Irresponsible behaviour. I was supposed to be dropped by 8:45 but it will take around 11:30 at least to get dropped. It is like a 3-hour delay to drop. I need immediate action to be taken against this travel. All the passengers are complaining here. But the driver is just being irresponsible and cranky.
