I recently traveled in the bus. First of all, hygiene was 2 out of 10. Water, which is a basic requirement, was not given to us and literally we suffocated during the whole journey. They could have told us to bring our own, but we thought, as every bus provides, they would also. From my pickup point, they told us they would provide, but nothing. Instead of AC, fan air was running, which was the main reason we suffocated throughout the whole journey. About sleep comfort, it was terribly poor as no curtains were provided, which is the main thing in the sleeper. We literally used our face towels to hide ourselves. Worst experience. Worst.

Service was too disgusting, no punctuality. Bus reached pickup 35 minutes late and also reached 2:30 hours late at destination. Coach not clean. Also found someone sleeping at my ward at the time of boarding.

Staff and driver behaviour is rude and seat is very disgusting. There are no curtains in sleeper seat and fans and AC are not working. The driver doesn't stop anywhere for passenger toilets and fresh air.
