Booked service provider Primo expecting premium service, but it was a horrible experience. The bus was delayed by almost 6 hours, the charging points were not working, and the AC was not functioning properly. I paid ₹xxxx, almost double the fare of other operators. What’s the point of paying extra for Primo when even basic facilities are missing? Completely unacceptable.

Charging ports not working in all ARK buses. Don't forget to keep a power bank if you are travelling in ARK. Beds are not comfortable.

Boarding point and timing was worst. I was totally nervous about boarding. They were saying please come with a tour bus for some distance and later we will pick up. This was fair or what, tell me guys. I booked a bus but they were saying come by another bus. Was it right.

I am disappointed with the service. The bus has charging points, but they were not switched on. When I asked about it, the staff simply said, “We have cancelled it,” which is not a satisfactory explanation. Also, the scheduled arrival time was 6:00 AM, but the bus reached at around 8:00 AM, causing a delay of nearly two hours. Overall, the service needs significant improvement, especially regarding punctuality and basic passenger facilities.
