Bus delayed: yes, traffic was huge last night, but still, at every 10-minute pit stop, the driver had stopped for more than 30 minutes at least 3 stops. There was no intention to reach the destination on time.

The conductor told us to come half an hour early of the scheduled time to which we agreed. After that, he was only late and gave false statements that they reached here and there. My dropping stop was Udupi, but they dropped me at Karvalli bypass saying they will take the highway and made me take another bus.

Bus was delayed by 2-3 hours, and wasted lots of time driving very slowly. The driver changed the boarding points at the last minute and was rude. Very bad experience with the staff.

No one informed us when our stop came, and we were dropped off two stops ahead. Very bad service. After that, staff behaved rudely.

At boarding time, bus doesn't stop under the flyover, they ask you to be ready at the beginning or end of the flyover, which is a ick, if you already arrived at the boarding stop.

The driver was rude, not supportive, and scolding to the passengers. Overall, the bus seats were very comfortable, but the driver was the worst and he does not know how to talk to people.
