I had a very disappointing experience. My confirmed drop location was Kashmiri Gate, but I was dropped off at Noida instead, without any proper explanation or prior information. Dropping a passenger at a different location from the confirmed destination is completely unacceptable and caused a lot of inconvenience. Very poor service. I am highly dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this service to others.

Boarding point issue. The map shows roadways, but they actually stop at Gonda Road Donakka. The driver is good overall, but it is only too far from the city. You should stop at Mari Mata or KDC.
