Archana Travels Bus Booking

1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. This was honestly one of the worst bus travel experiences I have ever had. The driver was extremely rude and had absolutely no sense of professionalism. The staff was no better. During boarding, one of the staff members actually threw a paper at me instead of handing it over properly. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable. The bus stopped at an extremely filthy and unhygienic place for a meal. The place was so dirty that I genuinely could not understand how anyone was expected to eat there. The toilet was equally disgusting and clearly not maintained at all. For the price being charged, the service was nowhere close to acceptable. Basic cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful behaviour from the staff should be the bare minimum. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this bus. I would happily pay XXXXX more for a decent and hygienic service rather than travel with this operator again. Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.

Bus did not stop at the dropping point and did not announce the dropped point stop Jagtap Dairy.

Driver very casual behavior. As I was getting into the vehicle, the driver slammed on the brakes, and I was thrown hard against the door; I narrowly escaped a serious fall. The driver has absolutely no common sense—someone needs to teach him about the safety of others before letting him drive.

They did not stop at the said pick up point. Called me last minute at another point. The bus condition was horrible and extremely unhygienic.

Driver doesn't stop at Kranti Chowk stop! He takes the bus to CIDCO and then Sutgirni, then Darga. After that, he drops me at Kranti Chowk! As Kranti Chowk is the first stop, all this is very bad! Bad bus, not comfortable! I didn't want to give that 1 star also.
