Bus dropped me at 5 only, staff were very helpful, good stops, and bus stopped for toilet.

Worst experience ever. Avoid this bus as much as you can. Yesterday I was travelling through this bus from Bhubaneswar to Ranchi. And I faced one of my worst travelling experiences. Worst staff behavior and unsafe. I had booked a single sleeper in the upper deck. There was already a blanket kept inside the seat and had a sliding glass window for entering and safety. During the night I wore that blanket and went to sleep. All of a sudden around midnight 1 am while I was in a deep sleep there was a strong banging on the glass. Someone was banging the glass from inside very strongly. I slid the glass to see. It was the bus conductor banging, I asked what happened, he said "give it to me". I again asked what? Then he forcefully started to pull the blanket I was wearing and very rigorously pulled it in a very uneven manner. He was standing on a box and was about to enter inside my sleeper pulling that. It was very unacceptable behavior. Then he started uttering bad words and misbehaving with me. It was more like a scary situation, at midnight while you're sleeping someone forcefully entering your sleeper and grabbing the blanket you're wearing and forcefully removing it. Not at all a safe journey. What if there was a woman travelling alone? Is it safe with these people? Not at all recommended for females or better to say any passengers. Avoid this bus as much as you can even if they are offering you a discount. Highly unsafe and risky. The conductor was wearing a sleeveless black t-shirt and black shorts. And a locket or Taweez in his neck. He was bit short and fat. Less hair and no beard. Triangular face. Traveling on 4th August 2026 from Bhubaneswar to Ranchi.

Then don't even tell that this is the location for eating food and bus will stop here for x minutes. Only a small water bottle was provided in the bus. Staff is not rude but not well behaved.
