Different bus from booked bus, also did not drop at booked location. Dropped at Sahibaug instead of Memnagar.

Bus staff and driver did not allow us to keep luggage in the luggage box. I told them my mother is a senior citizen, but they still did not allow us to keep the luggage. Worst service. Females should avoid travelling in LK.
