The AC was not working well, and also the pillow is too hard, and the backrest was very discomforting. They should work on the comfort level.

3rd class bus and it's services ,no water bottle, seats are very dusty , uncomfortable due to no glass support only curtons i had a worst experience.

The bus AC was not working. It didn't have glass partitions and had a strong smell. Moreover, the seats were wet and the pillows provided were very unhygienic. There was no rest stop, nor washroom inside the bus.
