Worst journey experience don't book this bus.

This was a serious complaint regarding my bus booking. I had not received any bus details, boarding information, or driver contact number even 1 hour before the scheduled departure. I tried calling the provided contact number multiple times, but the number was out of service. I also tried contacting support for assistance, but I was unable to reach the support team. This was completely unacceptable, especially when the journey was approaching and I had no information about the bus, boarding point, or how to contact the driver or operator. Please provided the complete bus and driver details immediately and resolved this issue without any further delay. If the service could not be provided as booked, I expected an appropriate resolution or refund for the inconvenience caused. Please treated this as an urgent complaint and responded immediately.

They did not stop at the booked location. Instead, they were saying they did not know that location existed and took us directly to Guntur instead of Vijayawada bus stop to Benz Circle route.

Bus breakdown they arranged car for journey they didn't drop us in dropping location charged more which is not worth, worst journey.
