Poor AC facility and mobile charging socket not working

AC broke within the first 5 minutes of the journey. Operator decided to end the journey 70 kms before the stop. Had to figure out the rest of the journey myself.

Bus was late by 1.30 hr. AC was good. Seats - comfortable. I reached my destination 3 hrs later than expected.

No water bottle, No snacks.. Bus was changed.. but Bus is Nice.. overall sab Theek tha.. Bus opretor Vikas Gill ji is very nice person.. Everything is managed..

Service is not good. AC is not working. Staff behaviour is very rude. Water bottle not provided. I had a very bad experience. Red Bus is not looking into this. I had a very bad experience.
