I was not satisfied with the timing of the bus. The bus was late and I had to go to office, which because of the timing I got late for my office too. There was no charging socket for my seat. The blankets and bedsheet were also not that clean. The mattress was not comfortable too.

Driver was too risky. He was applying brakes suddenly, which impacted our sleep as well as comfort. On each and every speed breaker, he applied brakes at the last moment.

Staff behavior was so horrible. My boarding was at 18.15 from Nanakheda Ujjain, but when I reached there at 18.00, the bus left the station. I boarded it at 19.00 midway through Indore after many calls for a stop.

Bus is not clean, driver was drinking and smoking ganja. There was a bad smell in the bus.
