All good but one suggestion for this bus. It would be good to have a curtain between passengers on the upper berths.

Worst experience ever! The blanket had a terrible smell, pillow covers were missing, and overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The service was badly maintained and fell far below basic hygiene standards. The only positive point was that we reached my destination on time. While punctuality was appreciated, cleanliness and passenger comfort were seriously compromised. Definitely not a satisfactory experience, and I would not recommend it unless these basic standards are improved.

Did not stop at last stop as shown on website (railway station). Stopped 9 kms earlier and told bus would not go any further. I had to pay XXXXX extra for auto to reach station. Not satisfied with excuse given by driver.
