Extremely disappointing experience with this bus service. The journey was disrupted due to a technical failure of the vehicle, and passengers were asked to vacate the bus midway and shift to another bus, causing significant inconvenience and distress. Additionally, the bus did not stop at the designated boarding/deboarding points as promised, creating serious difficulties, especially for elderly passengers. The handling of the situation was poor, and the behavior of the staff was rude and insensitive towards passengers' concerns. A journey that should have been comfortable turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. Better maintenance, communication, and customer service are urgently needed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Vehicle suspension issue and driving quality issues. Many times told driver but their actions did not properly handle. No sleep done on the bus. Most terrible experience. Please check the suspension issue and AC works.
