Don't know if it's the bad road but the jerks on bad patches are annoying, the left-right shaking of the seats is too much due to passing the bumps and holes without slowing. Especially around the Kaziranga area it was worse, I can't only blame the driver and bus since the road was bad too but at least the speed breakers should be passed at a slower pace. Other things were okay, not too good, not too bad.

It doesn't even take 4 hours from Tezpur to Jorhat if you travel at a normal speed. The bus stops at least 6 times for the washroom. Plus, it is slow.
