Bus is new, clean, driver good, good behaviour.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the poor service and lack of proper arrangements during my recent bus journey. During the journey, the bus suffered a puncture, which caused a significant delay. In such a situation, the travel operator should have arranged a dedicated car or auto-rickshaw for the affected passengers as an alternative. Instead, we were shifted to a local jeep, where additional passengers were continuously being accommodated. The vehicle was already overcrowded, and more passengers were being added. This was extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns regarding passenger safety. After booking a proper bus service and paying the full fare, passengers should not be expected to travel in an overcrowded local vehicle. We were dropped at Amreli and left to continue our journey through these inadequate arrangements. Normally, other buses reach the destination by around 6:30 AM, whereas on this occasion, even after 10:30 AM, several passengers were still stranded at Amreli. This clearly reflects a lack of proper planning and inadequate alternative arrangements by the travel operator. If the booked bus becomes unavailable due to a puncture or any other issue, the operator should immediately arrange safe, comfortable and dedicated transportation for the passengers. We booked this bus through with the expectation of receiving the service promised at the time of booking. Unfortunately, the service provided was completely different from what we paid for. I request and the concerned travel operator to investigate this matter seriously, provide an explanation for the inconvenience and safety concerns caused, and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again. We genuinely did not expect this kind of service. This was a highly disappointing and inconvenient experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service from both the travel operator.

Bus not maintained at all and the bus has to stop again and again due to some mechanical fault. I should have reached my destination by 7, but still at 9 I am stuck here in Gujrat, not even entered Mumbai. Everything was bad, there was zero cleanliness, and maybe due to this I may not use this app as well. should register proper buses that have cleanliness and are committed to their timing. Half an hour late is fine, but even after 2 hours delay I am stuck in Gujrat.

The bus journey itself was average, but the driver stopped at a single location for over 45 minutes without any clear explanation. What should have been a quick break turned into an agonizingly long wait, severely delaying our arrival time. Unacceptable time management and lack of communication from the staff.

Firstly we booked our ride. The bus was 1hr 10 mins late and the bus we booked did not come; a different bus arrived. The bus was not clean and the staff was the worst. As we are Maharashtrian, we know Marathi, Hindi, and English. The staff was Gujarati and they were not even trying to talk in Hindi. The whole journey they were speaking in their language. We had a very bad experience on this journey. The bus reading lights were not working. Charging ports were loose and sometimes they did not even work. We asked the bus driver to fix these. The driver was okay but the man with the driver was abusive towards us. Really a very bad experience.
