Bus missed to Bandra East on 16.10.26. Bus did not come to the pick-up point at all. After that, no payment was given. They blamed us and threatened. Bus departure time was 11 pm at Majestic. We waited till 00:30 am and continued to contact the bus driver. All the time, he told us he would reach the pick-up point in two minutes. Shortly, he did not come to the pick-up point and we lost time and money.

Worst travel experience ever! The bus was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Seats were not cleaned, and the blankets and pillows were filthy. Extra passengers were loaded into the cabin and even seated in the passage area, causing discomfort and raising serious safety concerns. Poor hygiene, overcrowding, and terrible management. Completely unacceptable service. Would never recommend this bus operator.

Seats were not very comfortable. A 6 feet guy will definitely not fit in. We reached earlier than scheduled. Rest stops were long and good enough.

Bus seat wasn't cleaned and no bedsheets were provided. no information or calls were given by conductors n operators and we had to constantly follow up for pick up. The gps wasn't working and it was really sad that they didn't care to call . The person was really rude and dropped us 4 kms off the marked dropp off point saying the drop off point has come, even when the bus was going through the said point. it was sheet harrassment and unnecessary expenditure and extra cost and wastage of our time . the bus was good 2.5 hours delayed. the conductor suits be trained how to talk and confirm the drop off points rather than dropping people at wrong places. it's extremely disheartening. the stopover places had dirty toilets and even charged for using the toilet. overall disheartening. the bus ride quality was nice though , wish the other things are taken care of. The bus had a stupid camera with sensor flood light in alley and it kept distrubing the passengers at night with continuous on and off light.
