Bus condition is worst and when we travel in this bus it get smoke from back side other bus driver recognise it and immediately told to our bus driver then all of us wentoff from bus.

Formal complaint regarding poor bus service and staff behaviour – management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service provided by during my journey. The following issues caused inconvenience to passengers: 1. No drinking water: Water bottles were not provided to passengers. 2. No break during the journey: The bus did not stop for a proper break, causing discomfort to passengers. 3. Poor staff behaviour: The staff members behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards customers. As passengers, we pay for a comfortable and safe journey and expect basic facilities and respectful treatment. These issues are unacceptable and have negatively affected my travel experience. I request that your management investigate this matter, take appropriate action regarding the staff's behaviour, and ensure that these problems do not happen again. Please take this complaint seriously and provide a proper response. Regards, A disappointed customer.
