Bus was not functioning well. 3rd and 4th gear were not working. But staff were not ready to arrange an alternative bus. Bus was delayed more than 5 hours.

No words for this travel's unprofessional behaviour. I travelled today to BLR from CBE. 30 kms before Hosur, bus broke down and there was no proper response from owner or driver. I had to pay additional to reach Bangalore through cab from the spot.
