I had a very bad experience. The bus arrived at Malanjkhand two hours late. And the air conditioner was switched off repeatedly throughout the trip.

I traveled from Malanjkhand to Indore on June 25. I arrived in Indore in 26 hours at 6:00 pm the next day. It was a very arduous journey. Even if you have two days to spare, travel, otherwise don't. Very poor management and very poor service. I was taken from Malanjkhand to Indore in 26 hours and that too in a non-ac seater bus. I had to change buses twice along the way.

I've started journey on this bus yesterday and it was 2 hours late. After 100 km, the bus stopped due to some issues. I got a sleeper bus but now I'm in a 2×2 bus. Even after 15 hours, we did not reach the location. I want my full refund. The staff did not cooperate, only saying the next bus is coming. We have changed 2 buses for just a 500 km journey.
