Volvo bus arrived in time at pickup point. Seat nilen was torn and looked old. Found cockroaches running in the aisle. Destination reached 30 mins late which is acceptable due to traffic and rain. Well assisted by the bus staff. Anand Travels is a brand. Please maintain the brand name.

Staff behavior was good and helpful throughout the trip. Should improve seat cleanliness and bus comfort. Couldn't sleep properly due to a lot of wobbling and metal noise of the bus.

I am extremely disappointed with the bus service. The bus failed to arrive and operate according to the scheduled timings, causing significant delays and serious inconvenience. As a result, I missed several important commitments and work-related responsibilities, leading to considerable financial and professional losses. Such poor time management and lack of reliability are unacceptable. I request that this matter be taken seriously and appropriate measures be implemented to ensure punctuality and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Never ever board this bus or book this bus service. Worst service ever. No hygiene, no proper cleaning. Hairs are like that only. No proper bedsheets, no proper pillows. Worst experience from Mumbai to Bangalore. Better to book govt bus instead of this. Also, the driver is rude and he was onboarding passengers who didn’t book the tickets whichever is empty.

Very poor experience this time. Instead of S.K parking in Sambhaji Nagar/Aurangabad, they dropped near Waluj saying bus will not go to Sambhaji Nagar city where designated dropping point was. Had to commute in strenuous way. Very displeased.
