5-star experience! The best part of my journey was getting the last single seat, yet I felt very comfortable throughout the trip thanks to the multi-axle bus. The journey was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommended!.

Perfect experience. On time and very well behaved staff. The horn was a bit loud inside the cabin, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Lower A seat - one button between the light & AC has been broken. Please repair it otherwise everything was good.

The bus number provided was different than the one arrived. As a female passenger, it's a deceiving red flag. I specifically booked lower middle seats in an AC multi-axle Volvo bus for comfort, but the AC was not working. I complained several times, but the bus person did not help. The bus was very noisy with bad suspension; we were sleepless the entire time. The police opened our bags for checking, but nobody informed us or took our consent. A female passenger.
