We were adjusted to double sleeper berth as one such berth was unoccupied and that made a huge difference to our comfort during the whole journey as compared to the discomfort of travelling on a single sleeper berth. I hope something is done to make the single sleeper berths comfortable for travellers as well during the whole journey.

The single sleeper berth was too narrow to provide comfort and the ride was extremely jerky and shaky. The shock absorbers in the bus need to be strengthened. Moreover, there were very noisy passengers who boarded the bus from a stop while I was asleep and caused a lot of disturbance. However, the conductor and driver were helpful and gentle.

Overall good traveling experience. I recommend if anyone wants to travel from Suratgarh to Morinda then this is the most suitable option.

Excellent bus service. The bus was clean and comfortable, the sleeper seat was good, and the staff was polite and helpful. Boarding was smooth and the journey was safe and comfortable. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

Just an advice to add doors for sleeper cabin to increase privacy of passengers.
