⭐ Very Poor Experience – Pathetic Service and Staff Behaviour My experience with Anand Bus Services was extremely disappointing. First, despite booking a specific seat, the staff repeatedly pressured me to change it. When I refused, they started blaming me, saying that they were losing money because of me. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Secondly, while dropping me off, the staff did not even bother to ask where I wanted to get down. They dropped me at an isolated place where no one was around, making it extremely difficult and inconvenient for me. The overall service quality was pathetic, and the staff's behaviour was equally disappointing. Passengers deserve basic courtesy, respect, and proper communication. A bus service should prioritize passenger comfort and safety rather than pressuring customers and leaving them in inconvenient locations without asking. I would not recommend Anand Bus Services to anyone. The management seriously needs to improve its staff behaviour, customer service, and passenger handling. An extremely unpleasant experience overall.
