The standard of primo has come down significantly, the bus we travelled doesn't deserve to be primo at all. The seats were very small, and what is the use of having a toilet if we can't use it when required. Firstly, when we boarded the bus, they made us wait for two hours to use the toilet, then in the morning after waking up when we wanted to use the toilet, they didn't allow us either. So actually no use of having such a toilet which can't be used. Then they did not provide us the water bottles as well, we had to ask for it after waiting for long. And communication issues as well, they cannot understand English or Hindi, so we can't really communicate with the staff. To add onto this, the staff lacked basic courtesy and manner, the driver and staff kept chatting in loud voices for the entire night making it almost impossible to sleep. I hope you can do something of this feedback positively and maybe try to improvise a little.

The bus was late which was okay cause there was too much traffic but the driving was a bit rough I think due to the road conditions but overall nice experience.

Disappointed with the washroom policy. While the bus itself was fine, the onboard restroom was locked, and passengers were told to wait and use public facilities at the stops instead. I specifically chose this bus for the convenience of an onboard toilet, so it was frustrating not to be able to use it. If the restroom is going to be restricted during the journey, passengers should be informed in advance.
