Not cleaned bus. AC not working properly. Departure time mentioned 6:30 clock. Actual departure time 8 clock.

Bus curtains are very dirty. It is dusty and black. Journey was okay but unhygienic. Staff was good. In Ambejogai, there was a lot of waiting and it was delayed beyond the expected time. Hygiene must be improved to increase the ratings.
