The trip started, but the AC was switched on only after 30 minutes. Before reaching the destination, the AC was turned off 30 minutes in advance. Additionally, there was no communication regarding any break time during the journey. This resulted in an uncomfortable travel experience.

Our seat area light didn't work. Bed sheet didn't fold properly before we entered the seat. Somebody used everything up and down. So kindly implement these things.
