I traveled with family and I'm disappointed with cleanliness since too much bad smell coming in bus don't know if it's from AC or other things due to it I'm not able to sleep whole night. Other things good on time and staff behaviour.

there is a HEAVY DUTY BLUE LIGHT ALWAYS ON in the bus. it irritates and makes you sleep for no time. i couldn't even sleep for 5 min. when asked driver says it's by default and can't be switched off. don't ever travel with this bus operator.

Bedsheets were torn in the middle. There was paan spitting on curtains. AC valves were loose; partially closing was not possible.

Not picked up on time and also not informed that the bus was late on call. I was waiting there for around one and a half hours. Not dropped at the actual location. They forgot to drop me. Not recommended.
