Driver was so rude. It was totally unsatisfactory.

Very worst service, drop location denied. They switched the vehicle for my 15 minutes drop location. Also, they mentioned that other vehicle arrangement may take more than 30 minutes, which was very worst. Usually, I book the bus for my drop location convenience. Even though the price was extra, I paid that already and I don’t want to wait for another 30 minutes, so I got down from the bus and chose early reach, which I also paid for. The bus was late by 3 hours, asking me to wait for another 30 mins for a 15 mins drop location, which is poor quality of service.

The bus was 30 mins late. Ok it was raining so we can understand. Now I was supposed to reach Pollachi by 7:10 am. It is now 9:35 am and we're being held in Coimbatore. Apparently there will be another vehicle arranged for us which will take us to Pollachi. So we've wasted almost 3 hours in this process. Also the bus stinks very badly. The whole night it felt like there's no oxygen inside.

Water leakage in AC ventilator. Staff was so rude to the other passengers as well. No response to the queries from his end. Uncomfortable sleep.
