First experience is awesome. Pick up and drop also perfect time. Nice cleaning and also AC. Good behavior and helpful staff. I will again travel with this Amey bus. This route.

Date Saturday 20 Jun 2026 from Hatkhambha to Pune booked by redBus. Amey travels bus no : MH 08 BK 9772. I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The staff members were dismissive and unprofessional throughout my interaction. Their arrogant attitude made a simple process unnecessarily difficult. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the conduct of their team, as it reflects poorly on the entire service. I would not recommend using this company based on this experience.
