The bus was supposed to go to Durg, but at night we were informed over a call that the bus would go via Raipur instead and that we had to come to Raipur. This was inconvenient and caused unnecessary trouble for the passengers.

While travelling, the bus conductor kept the mobile phone charging socket off. He said it was only for 10 minutes. The blanket was not clean, nor was the bed.

My bus from Narayanpur to Bilaspur, scheduled for 25 September 2026 at 9:30 PM, was cancelled due to flooding. I kindly request you to process a full refund of my ticket amount.

Bus used to run from Raipur Via Durg Rajnandgaon to Narayanpur. suddenly bus agent called me and informed that but will start from Raipur and will not travel via Durg. so I had to board the bus from Raipur. So I travelled to Raipur. At the end bus travelled via Durg Rajnandgaon route. Unnecessarily I had to travel to Raipur. It is waste of time and money.
