To much late drop at end point after Bhopal at Indore road very slow moving no try to cover the delay time.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the behaviour of the bus conductor. Despite informing the conductor about the passenger waiting at the designated pickup point, the bus did not stop to pick her up. The conductor only provided assurances but failed to ensure that the passenger was actually picked up, resulting in her missing the bus. Moreover, the conductor's behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Such irresponsible conduct and poor communication are unacceptable, especially when passengers rely on the information provided by the bus staff. I request to conduct a proper investigation into this incident, verify the communication with the conductor and the bus's movement at the pickup point, and take appropriate action against those responsible. Please also review the passenger's loss and provide a suitable resolution. Passengers deserve reliable service, respectful treatment, and accountability. I expect to take this complaint seriously and provide a proper response rather than a generic assurance.

I was unable to board the bus because the pickup location was unclear. The app showed the current location of a bus that was not the one I was supposed to take, making it impossible for me to determine the correct bus's location.

Bus was to be of different name. Also, the bus was in very bad condition. Need to see about the rest stops as well. Bus drivers take care of only themselves, not the passengers.

The bus is running very late and did not reach its destination on time due to which I had to face trouble.
